I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of District 1 and close to markets and shopping areas. The service was impeccable; the staff really took care of us. However, the rooms didn't come with windows, which made them a bit claustrophobic, and the water pressure was rather slow.
